There are a few motors listed on that link. Which one? It doesn't list information on any encoder. Is there one?
But most any 3 phase brushless should work with less than 12.5A cont. and 80V
Do you really need that power and speed for a telecope?

Its a 24" reflector with some accessories on it so high moment of inertia.
I will be using a 20,000 ppr encoder on the shaft of each axis. I was looking at the 400w model.
