I am pondering building a telescope mount with a couble of these motors.

Is this motor: http://kinavo.en.alibaba.com/product/607454493-213875250/400W_48V_Brushless_DC_Motor.html

a viable candidate for use with a single SnapAmp?

There are a few motors listed on that link.  Which one?  It doesn't list information on any encoder.  Is there one?

But most any 3 phase brushless should work with less than 12.5A cont. and 80V

Do you really need that power and speed for a telecope?

Do you have prices?

Its a 24" reflector with some accessories on it so high moment of inertia.

I will be using a 20,000 ppr encoder on the shaft of each axis. I was looking at the 400w model.
